ہمیں اپنے معزز کسمٹرز کو بتاتے ہوے  دکھ ہو رہا ہے کہ برڈزپلینٹ نے فری شپنگ ختم کر دی ہے اورانتہائی مجبوری میں شپنگ کاسٹ کو بڑھا دیا ہے کیونکہ تمام کورئیر کمپنیز نے اپنے ریٹس ڈبل کر دیئے ہیں اور فیول سرچارج اور ٹیکس کی مدد میں پرائیسس بہت زیادہ بڑھا دی ہیں جس کی وجہ سے ہمیں فری شپنگ کی آپنسن کو ختم کرنا پڑا اور پرائسسز بھی بڑھانا پڑی۔ امید ہے آپ تعاون کریں گے۔ کیونکہ کہ یہ چیزیں ہمارے کنٹرول میں نہی ہیں۔ شکریہ


Shipments

Your order will be delivered to you via courier services. The package will be dispatched the same day when the order is confirmed. Your dispatch number and expected delivery date will be confirmed to you via email after confirmation from the courier service. The products we have are delicate and we only use top courier services to make sure that the products are safe and delivered in time. 

Return Policy

Birdsplanet.pk will accept all returns as long as the products are not opened. If once you receive your product and are not satisfied with it, you can ship it back to us the same working day after informing us. Once we receive the package as it was sent to you (un-opened) we will transfer your amount back to your account. 

We however will not accept any opened packages. This is necessary due to the nature of the products.
